Return Process

  Log into your account or use our guest portal to select the items you wish to return and provide a reason for the request.

  Secure Packaging

  Place the jewelry in its original designer box along with all certificates and tags, ensuring the items are unworn and in their original condition.

  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your shipping parcel.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our quality assurance team verifies the item's condition, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
